Transmission went out on my Mazda 3 on October 30th, 2021. Took it to a reputable transmission repair shop and they determined that the flexplate was installed backwards. Nissan of Cool Springs instal 2021. Took it to a reputable transmission repair shop and they determined that the flexplate was installed backwards. Nissan of Cool Springs installed the motor back in 2019 after they put in the wrong oil filter for a simple oil change. Oil leaks out and motor blows. Nissan installed a used motor and the flexplate was installed backwards as I said earlier. Contact Nissan of Cool Springs and they said they would not pay for the transmission and pay for car rental while being repaired. More

Just bought my Jeep Compass from Nissan of Cool Springs today and had such an awesome time doing so! My salesman Tim was so helpful, polite, and kind to me the entire time. I met managers, Connor and Eric today and had such an awesome time doing so! My salesman Tim was so helpful, polite, and kind to me the entire time. I met managers, Connor and Eric who made everything a breeze and really made me feel like family. Once we were wrapping things up with paperwork, Gabe was such a nice guy and explained everything thoroughly and kindly-- which I definitely appreciated. From start to finish, I never felt like I was being pressured, sold on anything unnecessary, or rushed in any way!! I will seriously never shop anywhere but here again. Thanks guys! More

Can not recommend this dealership in any way after purchasing a used vehicle from them. Salesman was terrible, lied to us numerous times and then felt it was okay to bad mouth us as customers to anoth purchasing a used vehicle from them.
