My excitement and my wife's fear Bishoy saw that both of those emotions were taken care of. Buying a new car from Bishoy was a great experience. 2019 2.5SR I have to say that I almost very impressed with my new 2019 SR 2.5. Starting out the service was not so great, but as I was leaving Bishoy asked me h I have to say that I almost very impressed with my new 2019 SR 2.5. Starting out the service was not so great, but as I was leaving Bishoy asked me had I been helped and I explained to him that I had not. In that time he immediately made it his initiative to help me. Bishoy went above and beyond with his service. He was friendly, he guided me, he helped program my car, he helped with my financing , he even was able to get me an outstanding interest rate. Most of all he was HONEST and with most salesman's you don't get that. This man deserves 5 stars for his above and beyond service. For anyone who comes to Nissan of Coolsprings please make sure you go to Bishoy. Thanks again! More

Outstanding customer service I always hate the car sales experience until recently. Bishoy was truly amazing, he took my desired options over the phone and when I visited the deal I always hate the car sales experience until recently.
