Customers service issues Hello, The day I traded my vehicle in on another vehicle has turned out to be a very unpleasant experience due to more than one reason with this deae Hello, The day I traded my vehicle in on another vehicle has turned out to be a very unpleasant experience due to more than one reason with this deaership .The times you call to speak with anyone directly at the dealership you generally have to leave a message & get no response! I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealer. They don't seem to appreciate you once the deal is done & also watch for added extended warranty payments that are added in your vehicle loan ! Never will I do business here again. The only person that I had any good feedback on would be the salesman & management just is NOT helpful! More

A great experience buying an SUV I want to brag on this dealership for two major things. First, I had a great experience buying a used Xterra through Steve Restivo, who was friendly and helpful even though he had plenty of other things going on. The negotiating process was fine, and he treated me as he would have wanted to be treated, and I think a fair deal for us all. I left happy. Later I discovered an issue with the rear hatch not locking, and due to my negligence, waited a couple of months before bringing it to the dealership's attention. There was no discussion of warranty or anything at all like that; Jason Stacy said he would get it fixed, and Steve Restivo followed up immediately, and orchestrated everything from their side. He simply asked when I wanted to come in and get it fixed, and it was done in an hour, at no cost at all to me. I expected a good experience because this dealership was recommended to me, and I can now honestly recommend it to anyone out there who's looking for a great car at a good price, from people who back up their products. I will be their customer again, too, I'm sure. More

The deal we got...was the best we could find ANYWHERE in the U.S. Really! The car buying process was low-key, no pressure, no games, and we were in and out with our new car super quick! You can tell that this place is full of happy people with good attitudes! They seem to really enjoy helping their fellow man; which can be rare these days. We can't wait to pop back in and say hello during our first oil change! We will be sending every single friend and family member to Cool Springs Nissan. They do so much for their community, AND for children with special needs which is near and dear to our hearts! The BEST dealership EVER! More
