I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealer. They don't seem to appreciate you once the deal is done & also watch for added extended warranty payments that are added in your vehicle loan ! First, I had a great experience buying a used Xterra through Steve Restivo, who was friendly and helpful even though he had plenty of other things going on. The negotiating process was fine, and he treated me as he would have wanted to be treated, and I think a fair deal for us all. I left happy. Later I discovered an issue with the rear hatch not locking, and due to my negligence, waited a couple of months before bringing it to the dealership's attention. There was no discussion of warranty or anything at all like that; Jason Stacy said he would get it fixed, and Steve Restivo followed up immediately, and orchestrated everything from their side. He simply asked when I wanted to come in and get it fixed, and it was done in an hour, at no cost at all to me. I expected a good experience because this dealership was recommended to me, and I can now honestly recommend it to anyone out there who's looking for a great car at a good price, from people who back up their products. I will be their customer again, too, I'm sure. More
