With many Ford Dealerships in the surrounding area, this one should be your absolute LAST, especially if you're an out-of-state buyer. I would expect more from a branded dealer, but this one leaves muc one should be your absolute LAST, especially if you're an out-of-state buyer. Constantly hounding the salesman and escalating to get responses. When we received the documents, naturally the had "dealer extras" that weren't mentioned beforehand. If purchasing CPO, don't expect integrity in the certification or repair process. Filed formal complaint w/ Corporate. More
