DO NOT TRUST THEM! !!The most unscrupulous sales experience we’ve ever experienced. We had a completely signed agreement with the understanding that we would return the !!The most unscrupulous sales experience we’ve ever experienced. We had a completely signed agreement with the understanding that we would return the following morning to pick up the car after it was detailed and receive a usb thumb drive of our contract. They later realized the sales department made a pricing error and now refuse to give us a copy of the agreement we signed . The detail wasn’t completed. And NOW they claim there’s a title issue on a car they bought from an employee’s family member, but aren’t willing to show us the issue. Lithia Motors should be ashamed of Kia of North Austin and start looking into the multiple reviews regarding their sales practices. Kia Corporation should be ashamed to have them represent their brand. More
