Good customer service personnel. My repair took a longer than I thought and the results are still difficult to evaluate. The burning smell of oil was still present after the repair My repair took a longer than I thought and the results are still difficult to evaluate. The burning smell of oil was still present after the repair but may be clearing slowly. It would have been nice if the undercarriage had been steam cleaned of oil to eliminate any possibility of continued dripping of old oil drips onto hot exhaust parts. More
