We found the car we wanted for a price we like online and drove 3 hours to Country Hyundai to buy it. We were pretty nervous that either the car wouldn't be exactly as it was advertised or that the dealer would try to jerk us around on price or other things. None of that happened. They could not have been easier to work with, pleasant, friendly, informative, straightforward, cooperative, prompt, etc. The buying process did take several hours, but that seems to be the case always, and we never felt they were delaying or trying anything sneaky. We love our car, and we would be happy to work with Country Hyundai again in the future. The only thing that wasn't as good as it could have been (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is that the communication by email and phone from the time we found the car we wanted at the dealer and the time we actually drove there to buy it was a little choppy and confusing. The dealer responded but usually without answering all the questions we had asked or not answering them fully. We took a risk driving there since it was so far away and we weren't sure what we would find when we got there, but in the end, what we found was exactly what they said we would find, and in person the communication was excellent, so we were very satisfied. More

Brand New Veloster... Raptor... Wife was on me to buy a new car. I hate buying cars because of the hassle involved with the process. After a long drive from Clifton Park, NY, I ended up purchasing a Hyundai Veloster, or "Raptor" as my wife refers it. She wasn't big on the car at first since she didn't know what a Veloster looked like, but after getting it home and taking it for a spin, she loves it! Another great part of the process was Country Hyundai delivered it to my job with a full tank of gas. Country Hyundai delivered the car which is about 2.5 hrs away. My wife was amazed that they would do that free of charge. It goes to show you what they'll do for your business. Both Scott Peters and Jason Vautour made my challenges simple and easy. I'm a difficult customer. Scott and Jason kept me calm and focused. They were patient and understood my indecision. When all was said and done, my wife, daughter, and son were very excited when the car and I arrived home. Myron in Finance is awesome too!!! Had a great time bending his ear about football, vacation spots, and family. I was tired and a little insecure after such a long trip and day. I think the crew sensed this and accommodated me with lots of smiles and assurances. I couldn't ask for anything more. As for the car itself... I've only had it for a couple of days so I can't say much other than it's a blast to drive! I would definitely consider making another purchase there in the future. More

He was incredibly patient, answered all the questions I had and has such a friendly and welcoming personality. He is, easily, the best car salesperson I have met. He made sure I got the color car I wanted, he even made sure I drove home with it that day which happened to be a Saturday and gave me his personal cell phone to call in the event I ever have any questions. I will recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to Country Hyundai and give them Valdez's contact information. I also got the opportunity to work with Myron when signing the paperwork; he was very thorough and so pleasant to deal with. He. explained all of the paperwork I was signing and helped me get additional protection on my car. I had done research on-line prior to purchasing; Jason was so responsive to my emails.
