After we finalized our deal he took us around the dealership to show the lounge and service area and also introduced us to his colleagues. Got there, and at first I thought "Oh no, another really young kid", but Hope Olson was very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant and professional. She got the car straight back and even asked if I'd like a car wash also which they did for free. This dealership is very clean, sunny, roomy and dog friendly. Even have a little free cafe area for waiting time. On our way out, Jason Vela, our very nice salesperson from almost 2 years ago stopped us to see how we were doing. Told him I still loved my car but had a problem setting up SyriusXm radio stations still. He immediately took the time to help me, which I really appreciated. More
