Two weeks ago I left a raving review right after I purchased a vehicle. Now, I feel really misled. I worked with Sales to finalize a price to my liking and buying the car being dependent on this price purchased a vehicle. Now, I feel really misled. I worked with Sales to finalize a price to my liking and buying the car being dependent on this price. Everything was looking good and then got to Finance and the monthly payment went up by $50/month. I asked why and Brandon in Finance told me that a service plan was required which I was never told. I selected the basic but after the paperwork was done, the salesman told me that I could call back and cancel. Called in to cancel a few days later and was told 1. I cannot cancel because even though the paperwork says you have up to 30 days, it is based on when payment is confirmed which is electronic so I was unable to make any changes 2 hours after leaving. 2. The increase in price was not for the service plans as I was told but because my interest rate increased by 3% between pre-approval and approval (what?!?) so even if I could cancel it, the payment wouldn't get lowered despite what I was told in office. I then asked why I was not given the special for 60 months 0% interest and was told because I was opted into discounts totaling $1750. Before the increase in the interest rate, this would have made since but after, the interest to be paid grew so much that the 0% APR would have been the better option but since this did not happen, I was essentially screwed out of about $2k. Both Sales and Finance said that they do not know anything about what the other says and passed the buck to the other when I asked why none of this information was provided to me during the process. I sent an email to ask for more detail because they said they think there was some confusion. I asked for an email response to better understand. It has been a week and I have not received a response back. The people are nice but I do advise to exercise caution and quadruple check everything. Overall, I feel really upset. Yes, I have a new car that I like but didn't need and spent months budgeting to know what I could afford and spent hours working on the deal I wanted, just to be Houdini'ed in the end and worried about a payment I wasn't expecting. More

Our sales consultant, Jason, was amazing but we had problems with the first car we purchased. There was resin on the car from sitting in the lot and when the detail people cleaned it, they scratched th problems with the first car we purchased. There was resin on the car from sitting in the lot and when the detail people cleaned it, they scratched the hood and the windshield. The hood was able to be buffed out but the windshield would have had to be replaced. We opted to get a different car. Then when we completed the paperwork for the second car, the ID number for the first car was inadvertently used and this error caused us to have to return and complete the paper work a third time. This was inconvenient since we live in Tampa and it was an hour drive each time. After all of this was resolved, we received the tag for the first car instead of the one we have. Everyone was apologetic and accommodating and we understand that mistakes happen but the significant scratches on the windshield could have been avoided. More

Made an appointment with Jason Vincente whom I met when I arrived to look at a Cadillac XT4.i wasn’t thoroughly convinced it was what I wanted. We test drove one and still was unsure. My wife and I returned arrived to look at a Cadillac XT4.i wasn’t thoroughly convinced it was what I wanted. We test drove one and still was unsure. My wife and I returned a few days later when there were two XT4 cars available and we test drove another. We were happy with it and purchased it. Picked it up the following morning. I can’t say enough about Jason. He made everything go smoothly and was very helpful after the sale, showing how all the features worked. A very cooperative salesman. More
