I reached out to both the salesperson and the sales manager with a very reasonable request: an out the door estimate that included all fees, add ons, and dealer charges. Instead of honoring that request, they repeatedly pushed me to visit the dealership in person. This approach felt like an intentional avoidance of transparency. As an educated buyer, I prefer to understand the full cost before stepping into a showroom. Their unwillingness to provide basic pricing information gave me the impression that they were not interested in dealing with someone who knows what to look for. I hope Sun Toyota reconsiders how they handle customers who expect honesty and clarity. More
