They swear up and down that they have the best mechanics. Nope. There is not one union or master ram certified mechanic there. Ask them to see certificates and certification of the mechanic that's working on your vehicle. They can't produce it. They can't even call you to give you a daily or weekly update. Jason was very personable and helpful when I took my car in for a check engine light being on.
