I really like this dealership! Everyone is so friendly and professional. The service department is efficient and I never have to wait for too long. My only gripe about this location is that I need to have an electrical issue troubleshot but they can’t provide a loaner. Not many people can afford to leave their vehicle for days on end just for troubleshooting. That’s not including the time to repair it. Again, my only complaint. More

Had an awesome experience here thanks to Mike Pfeinder! Super friendly, really listened to what we needed, and was super patient the whole time. This is not my first time working with Mike Pfender and it definitely won’t be my last. Once again Mr. Pfender advised me step by step on my head gasket replacement and engine repairs. Knowing that my vehi it definitely won’t be my last. Once again Mr. Pfender advised me step by step on my head gasket replacement and engine repairs. Knowing that my vehicle is in good hands is a great feeling and Mr. Pfender definitely does not disappoint. Communication was great and I was updated on each stage of the repair. I love that they have a very nice, not crowded waiting area, where I had privacy to do work on my phone, and how my Service Advisor (Jason Vise), kept me informed of the service done to my car at all time area, where I had privacy to do work on my phone, and how my Service Advisor (Jason Vise), kept me informed of the service done to my car at all times. I was also given a timer to time the service because they’re trying to keep it within one hour. More
