They Listen and They Deliver I had been to two other Jeep dealerships before I walked into Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge today. I was met by a friendly receptionist. I aske I had been to two other Jeep dealerships before I walked into Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge today. I was met by a friendly receptionist. I asked to talk to a leasing specialist. Out came Victor Wiley. I told Victor exactly what I was looking for. He actually listened! I told him where I needed to be with payment, he listened! I told him I had to go back to work but if he could make the numbers work I would be back this evening. A few hours later he called and delivered! Not only did Victor go above and beyond my expectations, but he did it in such a professional manner that I will continue to refer business to him going forward. What stood out most was the little things that he did. When I came back to buy the Jeep, the Jeep was inside washed up, filled with gas and had a couple balloons attached to the antenna. My kids thought that was great! When we were getting in the Jeep to leave, Victor came over and paired our phones and went through all the different features of the car. In all my years of buying cars, no salesperson has ever done this. I am very loyal and Victor actually won my business from another Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership that I had previously leased my last two vehicles with. I can't say enough good things about the way he took care of business. It really made the process of purchasing a car fun which is something I didn't think was possible! More
