Jimmy is a normal sales man friendly cortious trying to make a sale, Jason could have been a bit better maybe he was just having a couple of bad days, we got our jeep home n I checked the tires n found tha make a sale, Jason could have been a bit better maybe he was just having a couple of bad days, we got our jeep home n I checked the tires n found that the air pressure was 50 to 60 pounds way over the recommended pressure then I discovered that the windshield wipers where shot I don't believe this vehicle was gone through at the tanner motor shop we'll be having the oil changed just to be sure we know where it's at but probably not at tanners More

The sales representatives were available to offer service and certainly not pushy. My timing placed a large amount of stress on the purchase as I was struggling managing the needs of my family with one vehi and certainly not pushy. Thankfully, my purchase was rushed but it led to a feeling of discord from the staff as I was trying to understand the process of my financial institution and their operations. The person who prepared my paperwork was unfriendly and rude which was difficult while I was so stressed out. I felt like I was a thorn in his side rather than a welcome customer. The car we purchased was not smoked in prior to the sale, but it smells of cigarettes since being detailed. I did purchase a great car for a decent price...no warranty offered even though vehicle was under 100k miles. I was told that’s standard, although a previous purchase was different. If the finance representative had been as supportive as the sales staff, it would have been a great experience. More
