What’s messed up is that Stan Bogdan a manager here could care less about his customers. He too mislead us and lied to us, didn’t do anything that was promised. Avoid this dealership and this person by all costs. I have filed all sorts of complaints on these people. To ford bbb and local ag office. I learned my lesson. More

Lifetime Customer I spent a lot of time at a few local dealerships before I ended up out west at Mel Hambelton Ford. I was greeted right away when I walked in the front I spent a lot of time at a few local dealerships before I ended up out west at Mel Hambelton Ford. I was greeted right away when I walked in the front door by Brian. I told him that I was looking for a sweet hot rod for the ladies and he knew exactly what to show me. He walked me over to look at two different Kia Souls and it was a tough choice but I chose the midnight purple, ended up being a great choice. Brian was very polite and helpful in making my choice. After we agreed on numbers he introduced me to the manager that helped put our deal together, Jason. Jason was very personable and also was an avid soccer fan like myself! Glory, Glory!! After talking with Jason for about 10 minutes and exchanging emails to keep in touch, I met Zach in finance who was the icing on the cake! He was able to cover me properly and even lower my payments.
