I researched the vehicles I wanted online and found that Merit stocked a large variety of Chevy Sonics in the 6 speed manual, which is what I wanted. I emailed Jason on Sunday night, and Monday morning had an appointment for a test drive in a new Sonic that met my specifications. Jason quoted me a great price, as well. After my initial test drive I went to try some other vehicles, and Jason was thoughtful enough to follow up via text message with a couple questions I had, and proved VERY knowledgeable. I am the type to cram a subject for three days and then be a temporary "know-it-all". Meaning that in several situations I knew more about vehicles than the salesman did, but Jason proved quite knowledgeable and helpful. I actually returned later in the same day, but Jason was unavailable, so I worked with Jerry through the rest of the process. We went for another test drive that day, I came back the next day and we test drove yet ANOTHER Sonic, and decided to close the deal. Jerry was helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Getting the money from my bank took a couple days, and Jerry kept me well informed of progress, and even got me an additional $500 discount! When I picked up my car, Jerry gave me a great tour of the dealership, the service area, the waiting area (which is REALLY nice), and the Sonic I bought before I drove off. Everything about the process with Merit was great, from start to finish everyone was professional and courteous. I'll definitely be going back for my first oil change (since they pay for it), and will definitely take it back for warranty service thereafter! More

I stopped by Merit to see what they would give me for a trade in on my truck. I've purchased vehicles from them in the past and always had a great experience. They offered me a very reasonable price for my vehicle, and found me a new truck with exactly everything I wanted. Chad worked with us to help us find what vehicle would fit our needs. Suggestions were made about options we may want.
