We bought a truck (an Avalanche) that we loved, BUT it smelled smokey. Jason W. (our salesman) said they would use a cleansing process that would take the smell out -- he hoped. To make a long story shortER, after 4 tries, the smoke smell still returned, despite trying various removal methods. We HATE smoke smell!!!! Merit Chevrolet AND Jason were honorable. They let us return the truck, full price. We found another on their lot - though that was not a necessary part of the deal - and we are now driving a new, used Chevy truck. It's great.
