I have worked the past 9 years at Grand Subaru and 14 in total with Subaru. I have filled the Delivery Specialist role for the last six years and enjoy providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for each customer. My dedication to the brand and customers drives me to continually improve and adapt in my role. Outside of my work life, my days are filled with spending time with my wife and family which includes 3 rescue dogs and enjoying the “lawn life” of taking care of landscaping and a well manicured lawn. Through the whole buying process she was professional and beyond helpful. She worked Diligently with the Chris C and the finance department to actually get me a better rate than my pre-approval from my bank. Through her dedication to customer satisfaction the car buying experience was painless and prompt.
