I like the concept of not haggling with a salesperson & because of his quick response, I decided to visit Grand Subaru the next day.. I ended up taking two Foresters for a test drive & made the decision right away. Jason was so attentive to what I wanted in a vehicle. He explained the different packages and found me the features that were important to me. Not one of the questions I asked him went unanswered. He really knows his Subarus. I actually enjoyed the experience. Jason and Al were extremely easy to work with. I would recommend Grand Subaru to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Abrupt and rude sales staff I visited the dealership since I read on the web that this dealership does great volume in sales. However, during the conversation when I mentioned that I had my old Subaru appraised by CarMax, Nicole literally told me in an angry tone, that why did not I tell her before. 2 days later I called the dealership and shared my experience with Jason, he said he would call me in one hour, till now I have been waiting for his call. In the interim, I have purchased my perfect Crosstrek 2018. More
