Great Used Car, Great Service Javier was awesome. I like to do a lot of research before buying a car so I had visited four other dealerships from Orlando to Clermont that day. CF C Javier was awesome. I like to do a lot of research before buying a car so I had visited four other dealerships from Orlando to Clermont that day. CF CJDR was my final desperation stop as they only had two used Toyotas in stock. I did not have high hopes. I was surprised at how casual and laid back Javier was, especially after some of the other experiences I'd had at other dealerships that day. While he went to get the keys for the cars, I was allowed to take my time looking at them without someone breathing down my neck or throwing stats at me or "mansplaining". That alone made the buying experience much more enjoyable, and allowed me to come to conclusions about both cars without distraction. I test drove the car I liked and it turned out to be the best used car I'd driven all day. It had clearly been cleaned and maintained by the dealership in preparation for either sale or test driving, something that could not be said of other dealerships. When we returned to the dealership Javier gave me my payment and financing options, and made sure that I was aware of the sales process. Javier offered to cover the cost of new plates and registration, a process that would normally have cost $450 and time at the DMV. He offered this without my having to ask and I was very grateful for this small break, having been in a bad accident recently where I could not retrieve my existing plates. The paperwork went very smoothly, the gentleman who helped me with that (name unknown) was attentive and knowledgeable. Most paperwork was done on a big "tablet" desk, a touchscreen surface with ePens for signing. I then received a USB drive containing all of my contracts and other documents. Javier was there through the whole process to see that everything was taken care of, and I could tell that there was good communication happening between himself and the finance department throughout the transaction. When everything was finished Javier pulled my car up to the front and offered to help me with getting my rental car back to the airport, even allowing me to keep the rental in the dealership parking lot overnight so I could return it after rush hour. I ended up returning the rental the next day by myself, but the offer was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Overall I was extremely happy with Javier and the customer service team at CF CJDR. Everyone was professional and friendly, at no time did I feel hustled, hurried, or uncomfortable. When you are a solo woman shopping for a car, that matters A LOT. I felt that the car was fairly priced, and I am happy with it so far and looking forward to maintaining it with CF CJDR. Thank you Javier and Henson, you were awesome! More

I discovered the next morning the rear defrost top three lines no longer worked. I would have to have gone a 3rd time. This time to replace the back window. I ended up trading in my car at another dealership so they got off the hook for replacement of the back windshield. More
