Brian Spells confirmed a $23,563 out-the-door price, but when I arrived, Sales Manager Javier Briceño ignored that offer and came back with a price around $27,500. This was misleading and unprofessional.
Luckily, there are honest dealers like HGreg Nissan, who offered me the same Nissan Kicks SV (same sticker price of $25,070) and sold it to me out-the-door for $23,900. Stay away from Weston Nissan and choose dealers that value transparency.

Thank you for your response. However, I must clarify that this was not a case of “miscommunication” or changing incentives. I have written proof from your representative, Brian Spells, clearly offering a $23,563 out-the-door price for a specific Nissan Kicks SV.
When I arrived, not only was the vehicle unprepared (despite my confirmed appointment), but I was also presented with a completely different offer of around $27,500 by your sales manager, Javier Briceño. That’s not a misunderstanding — that’s a classic bait-and-switch experience.
I appreciate the invitation to speak with management, but at this point, I’ve already completed my purchase elsewhere — at HGreg Nissan, who offered the same vehicle for $23,900 out the door and honored their word from start to finish.
I’m sharing my experience to warn others about what happened, so they can make informed decisions.
