I have come across a vehicle that was advertised, I called, inquired about it, got an offer, sent the offer signed, and minutes later I get an email without a signature that the car has a deposit. I thought that this dealership was different, but they are not. I used to live in Rockland for many years and wanted to give them business , stay away at any cost; other places practice better standards, MUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM !!!!!!! More

Everything was great until delivery of the vehicle at which point there was noticeable damage on the rear bumper, and a few other items it was in addressed to either replace the vehicle, which would take which point there was noticeable damage on the rear bumper, and a few other items it was in addressed to either replace the vehicle, which would take three months or keep this one and negotiate some thing we were given the option of replacement of the bumper or $500. It was the negotiated to $200 +2 complementary oil changes along with the two complementary at the time of the purchase. Still waiting for one never received anything in writing. I sent a email to the general manager for which he didn’t even have the decency to get back to me but have a manager get back to me for when she did she accused us of being liars where we were not told of the complementary oil changes which I still don’t have if you deal with this dealership, please make sure you get everything in writing More

I bought a Brand new Kia Sorrento lost all power after 30 days. After back and forth with dealer, 6 months later I had to contact the BBB and they contacted corporate who resolved the issue “slowly.” Never b days. Also, the Service Mgr. is useless. More
