I called Sunrise to see if we would be able to get approved for a car. Javier was so helpful walking me through the steps we needed to take to get approved I faxed everything over and got the call that we could get approved for something. I got to sunrise 30 minutes before they closed and Javier and Eric both had no issue waiting. Javier didn't try to push anything on us and he was honest and genuine. He showed us a 2006 Buick with 20,000 in great condition as well as showing other cars we chose the Buick it was cheaper than the rest and less miles and not once did he try to push the more expensive cars on us. Eric was helpful as well getting us the best payment with a warranty included in a payment we could afford. I was so impressed and will be purchasing my cars through Sunrise in the future. The quality of the car, the price and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced! Thank you Sunrise Chevy!!!!! More

They gave reasonable pricing without trying to take advantage of me as a first time buyer. They showed me everything up front, I was able to see how they came to the number we agreed upon, what exactly was included in that number, and the Carfax report showing the history of the car. They also gave me several different financing options and explained the differences thoroughly to help me choose the best fit for me. I definitely felt like I was in better hands. The entire experience was so much easier than I was expecting, especially after the nightmare I had previously. The employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Sunrise Chevrolet! More

My first experience there was unfortunately met with a lack of "follow through"...Something which is absolutely crucial in creating a business partner My first experience there was unfortunately met with a lack of "follow through"...Something which is absolutely crucial in creating a business partnership. The sales man (Nick Iannacco) who we first met with and who guaranteed us a phone call the next day did not come through. The phone call regarding our possible loan did not get made and after waiting and waiting we finally called the dealership only to find that Nick had left for the evening. Being in a poor spot to begin with and having to make quick decisions regarding my purchase of a new vehicle -this kind of time wasting is exactly what we did not want. I even emailed this salesman-Nick (as he suggested as a primary way to communicate with him) to no avail. He literally did not even email me back a response. Not even days later.... After having that waste literally TWO whole days of an already time sensitive case I was very unhappy. Having spoke to Jose (one of the managers) he apologized and assured me that he would do everything in his power to make the deal in a timely fashion. After he and Javier took the lead I was extremely satisfied. I feel I got a great deal on an exceptional car. Both Javier & Jose were extremely cordial, to the point, and no hassle....I appreciate that in a salesman. The used car in which I purchased is beautiful. I will say, there was a weird clicking when you started the car.. I was told to bring the car into Service and they would take care of it for me since I just made the purchase. I brought the car in three days later and everything was completely "No hassle". It ended up being a minor fan issue in which they corrected for no charge. I cant tell you how happy I am with my new (to me) car! :) I highly recommend Sunrise Chevrolet.... If you're buying Used defiantly see Javier, he's the first desk when you walk in, you wont be disappointed! More
