I had a good experience working with the service department regarding a recall on my Ionig 5. Jaiden Bond assisted me, and I was impressed with her level of professionalism and care. Myron B. Shockl department regarding a recall on my Ionig 5. Jaiden Bond assisted me, and I was impressed with her level of professionalism and care. Myron B. Shockley the service director was outstanding. I was impressed with the 2025 Disney Edition of the Ioniq 5--so Javon Thomas provided me with a presentation of the vehicle. He did an excellent job. Seriously considering trading in my lease early. The new features on this vehicle are awesome. Steve Cloud, the Finance Manager, explained aspects about my lease that were a concern--and he offered to have me contact him if any other questions. McDonough Hyundai is the very "Best Hyundai Dealership". The staff was very welcoming, courtesy and politie. The customer waiting area was very clean and neat. While I waited for my car being service, I had The staff was very welcoming, courtesy and politie. The customer waiting area was very clean and neat. While I waited for my car being service, I had an option to watch television in the Waiting Area or I could have sat in the Canteen Area and have a snack from the Snack Vending Machine or have a cup free coffee or tea while I charged my cellphone or get work done on my laptop. The atmosphere was a quite area to work. I was notified consistently as to how much time I had to wait for having vehicle serviced. P lus they did a very good job washing my care and vacuuming the inside. Yes, I have to my family and friends who own a Hyundia to take their vehicle to McDonough Hyundai Dealership. More

I contacted Javon by phone about a car I saw advertised. I was on my way out of town and expressed that I did not have time to come in. He made a video of the car. Answered the phone every time I called I was on my way out of town and expressed that I did not have time to come in. He made a video of the car.
