Our salesman Jay Bakr & Mike Bakr really went above our expectations and really took care of us in our new purchase. Even after the vehicle had a transmission code pop up when they took it for full tank of gas they could have reset code and deliver vehicle to us Mike called and said thats not how we do business so he found same vehicle but with different wheels and put wheels we liked on our new vehicle. Low and behold not only did he call back within 30 minutes, he called back with exactly what I wanted, a Black 2019 Cadillac XT5 with all the goodies! I went up there for a test drive after work and loved it. I was running late on time but this is where his manager Jay Bakr stepped in and made me a customer for life. From Test Drive to handing me the keys was a little over an hour. I hate being at a dealership signing papers for hours and these guys stepped it up and went above and beyond for me. If you want a dealership that will get you what you want not what they have call Rizza and ask for Coach! You will not be disappointed! More
