Personal Attention & Absolute Professionalism We had the pleasure of picking up a new Escalade last night and it was the easiest, smoothest transaction we've ever experienced with any dealership. We had the pleasure of picking up a new Escalade last night and it was the easiest, smoothest transaction we've ever experienced with any dealership. We made a decision to get a new car that morning and worked the details with Jay Bakr & John O'Connell over the phone. We went in to sign papers and go through the car's features. 90min and we were out the door. Unheard of! They didn't cut any corners. Our car was cleaned, prepped, and delivered with a full tank of gas. We felt great driving away that we got an amazing deal and were treated exceptionally well. Thank you Rizza Cadillac! More
