We drove 7 hours from Ga. for the new 2020 Lincoln Nautilus we wanted. I cannot speak as to did we get a good deal , I'm sure we left a few thousand on the table. But understanding that everyone needs to make a profit, we were comfortable spending the money for what we wanted. Plaza Lincoln is a true full blown Lincoln dealership, with a nice selection of vehicles. We were greeted at the door by Jay, who is very knowledgeable of the vehicle, he had the paper work on his desk and ready to go, We were introduced to some of the Plaza Lincoln family, David our salesmen which we had many back and forth conversations on phone answered our concerns and was very attentive to our needs. Tony the sales manager came over and introduced himself making sure we got everything we wanted . We were made to feel very comfortable at dealership. Then we got to John the finance guy, he had everything ready to sign, explained every detail to financing the vehicle, went very smooth. At no time were we ever pressured to buy anything, if you want a low key, no pressure dealership this is the place. Every employee that walked by us greeted us, We felt our business was appreciated .Jay took us on a drive explaining how all the gadgets work, and there are many, which was very nice and informative . On inspection of vehicle my wife found the smallest of ding on top of a rear finder, Tony took a look, immediately got on phone called his ding guy, I wish I could remember his name, he showed up in 15 min. It was not an easy spot on the vehicle to get at, but after maybe 45 min. he has it fixed, I mean perfect. We left impressed and happy with our whole experience . And what a vehicle the Nautilus is, we love our car. Thank you ALL at PLAZA LINCOLN.. More

Scott the salesman was very helpful and friendly! The only concern that I had was they did not allow a test drive until contract terms were agreed upon, even after I provided proof of loan approval from only concern that I had was they did not allow a test drive until contract terms were agreed upon, even after I provided proof of loan approval from my credit union. I understand that they do not want just anyone test driving a corvette however I had proven that I was seriously interested in the car and not just wanting to take the car for a joyride. This almost made me walk away from purchasing from them. Had it not been for the salesman Scott being such a great guy I probably would have. This is not a good dealer practice and should be looked at for a change in the policy. Overall I would recommend this dealership because the people were very friendly and personable and they fulfilled all the promises that were made during the purchase. More
