Poor service My car was done but still on the rack and The guy working on my car went to lunch And I was left to sit for a hour till he came back. I was told they My car was done but still on the rack and The guy working on my car went to lunch And I was left to sit for a hour till he came back. I was told they would find someone else to get my car down and ready to go but they didn’t. Wasn’t happy that I had a 8:00 appt and car still wasn’t done when I came back at 12:00 and then to sit for another hour? Unacceptable, service has went way downhill since new owner took over the dealership. More

We did not have any easy time buying at all. Our dealer did not listen to us or believe us. He kept trying to change our words and what he would tell us. Great service staff! Although lots of turn over in staff in last 5 years. CJ & Chris both provide great customer service in recent months. Noticed frequently change in Admin staff too; still adjusting to in last 5 years. CJ & Chris both provide great customer service in recent months. Noticed frequently change in Admin staff too; still adjusting to new Admin. Service Manager makes himself available to assist. Hope this team will stay for awhile. Waiting on recalls for tail light issues many Sonata 2012 drivers are facing. Because burned out light housing units in both brake lights is not normal wear/tear. It's a malfunction! More
