I was so impressed with this dealership from the moment I walked in the door. I knew I wanted a Honda from their great reputation. I made an appointment with Jay and all I can say is that no doubt it was f walked in the door. I knew I wanted a Honda from their great reputation. I made an appointment with Jay and all I can say is that no doubt it was fait . Jay made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down. He was a New Yorker like me , funny , professional and most importantly he saw me as a person , not a sale. I made it clear from the beginning I did not need a new car , I wanted a new car. I knew I had about 8,000 grand to use with my trade in and a 780 credit score so this deal had to be pretty much be spot on to make it happen. I told him to keep the payment under 300 and we went from there. He was patient and he listened to me which I really appreciated. When he told me he had only been with the company for 4 months I was blown away. This young man conducted himself professionally and like he had been doing this for years all the while being honest with me that he was new and that I would be his first lease if we made this deal. I test drove 2 cars. The HRV and the Hybrid CRV. While the CRV is my goal in a few years it was not possible to get the payment right as it was a 41,000 dollar car but worth every penney. It was the most amazing vehicle I have ever seen in my life and mark my words I will be back to lease that car from Jay in a few years. I decided on the HRV 2022 and I love it !!! It had every feature I was looking for and a few extra bonus features. I have been in sales for over 20 years and it takes a lot to impress me. Jay you simply impressed me. Not only did I bring a friend who worked at a dealership with over 30 years experience but I had to get my dads go ahead as he is a retired banker of 40 years and I did not get a 780 credit score on my own. I learned and I listened and I did the work and I struggled and I saved and I did not give up. Jay never missed a beat , he never acted nervous and he made it look easy . While this was a long 4 hour process it was worth the time and effort. He explained everything and id I had a question he had it answered quickly and efficiently. The world needs more Jays and this man is going places. The staff was top notch and I will be sending business his way for sure. Thank you for your time. If I could give 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service. More
