Had a great experience with Steve Ware. Brought solid knowledge and humor and kindness to the process. Harold continued with this approach. If there were any drawbacks here it was that th Brought solid knowledge and humor and kindness to the process. Harold continued with this approach. If there were any drawbacks here it was that the loud background music became foreground music and it interfered with fully hearing and concentrating on the conversations with them.
