Excellent Customer Service Jay was very nice and understanding. He kept me informed from the first day I called him. I was able to get approved for the vehicle without a problem Jay was very nice and understanding. He kept me informed from the first day I called him. I was able to get approved for the vehicle without a problem. He was very outgoing, professional, and upbeat. I would recommend Brilliance Honda to anyone that is interested in a car. I live in Michigan and drove 5 hours and the customer service was worth the drive. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and the place is clean, even the bathrooms. ( Which is always a plus). More

New driver, New car! Purchased this car for my 16 year old, the car was affordable, very clean, and was fully loaded! When we test drove it, the brakes were terrible, men Purchased this car for my 16 year old, the car was affordable, very clean, and was fully loaded! Excellent overall experience I was familiar with Brilliance Honda as we own a 2013 Odyssey. I met with Jay Hawkins in the fall and then later when I did a full day of test drives I was familiar with Brilliance Honda as we own a 2013 Odyssey. I met with Jay Hawkins in the fall and then later when I did a full day of test drives at Brilliance and 3 other dealers in February. He was not pressuring me at all and was very open and accommodating. A month later I was able to narrow down my choices down to two brands. Jay was the best of the two to work with: no pressure, honest approach. Once I chose my car, he was able to locate the one I wanted and under some pressure to get me into that car quickly due to the Coronavirus, he was able to have me make my purchase in less than 24 hours. It was an excellent overall experience. More

Very nice dealerships, salesman was excellent. The only issue I have is waiting on a check from the dealership as a reimbursement for some oem parts that were needed with the car.
