We had our 2021 Enclave's 1st service on June 1st. I was greeted warmly upon arrival . He promised me I would be out within an hour. It was finished in 45 minutes. Everyone was very friendly. We also had the opportunity to visit with our salesman, Julio. He is one of a kind. When we purchased the vehicle in Dec 21, he was very personable and helpful. I have purchased many new vehicles in my 62 years of driving, I have never had the detailed orientation of the new car as given by Julio. He spent well over 1 hr going over the features and setting up the car for our preference. He also followed up twice after the purchase to answer any question we had, with the goal of ensuring we were comfortable satisfied. I would highly recommend this Dealership to anyone. I came to this dealership after driving to Tampa and N Orlando to two dealerships only to have the numbers change after waiting to go to finance. Jay Jackson- GM, Charles Ayen- Sales rep. and Hans- wi Orlando to two dealerships only to have the numbers change after waiting to go to finance. Jay Jackson- GM, Charles Ayen- Sales rep. and Hans- with Finance were all great to work with. From start to finish I told them my experience with other dealerships the day prior and that if the numbers changed (interest rates/ car amount/ rebates/ out of pocket est.) I will walk. They were stunned that dealerships were using this old school bait and switch tactic and said we will be up front and honest to do what it takes to earn your business. The same shpeal that Fountain GMC out of Orlando and Car heros out of Tampa (the other two dealerships I went to) said to me. The bait and switch tactic happened with Mark Sliney from Fountain GMC on 4/24/21, Car heros truck was over priced and had a very strong odor of Cigars also on 4/24/21.... Jay/Charley and Hans were awesome to work with... they answered my questions quickly and we agreed on numbers while I was on my test drive. This is an awesome dealership I highly recommend if you are looking for a great car/truck buying experience without the BS you get from most dealerships come here to Tasca GMC.... guys like these are a rare find now a days! More

What a REFRESHING surprise!!!! The professionalism, the Integrity & character-driven nature tht seems to be the STANDARD at this particular Dealership is out of this WORLD!!!! ...hmmm to be more precise IT IS OUT OF THE NORM IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY!!!!! Now how did I end up at TASCA GMC/BUICK??? ...I had a situation that required me to drive to Melbourne, and in my peripheral, when I made tht left turn from Nasa Blvd, I recognized the name & Logo "Tasca". I recalled it quickly, cause been researching Yukon XL's & Suburban's in a 150 mile radius of approximately 250 vehicles for the past 2 weeks. "Tasca" was one of the Dealerships I stumbled upon, including some of their respective Inventory, but didn't made them priority on my final picks. ....I decided to pull in lot and take a peek throughout their RESPECTIVE well set up Inventory!!! The entire looked like an amazing stunning spectacular "Military Parade"!!! NO NOT over-dramatizing; ...no one paid or gave me anything for this review!!! It is super WARRANTED, beeeeyond!!!! This DEALERSHIP DESERVES RECOGNITION!!!! ...the Formations, the ENTIRE set up, the CLEANEST thoroughly executed 🤓😀 I have EVER seen!!! ...been around the World, driven and kept hundreds of different Makes & Models throughout my Life; seen hundreds of Dealerships throughout the entire U.S. AND Europe; traveled all over; ...THIS BY FAR WAS THE BEST!!!! ANYONE looking for a GM Brand OF any Make & Model I presume this DEALERSHIP will accomodate you fully!!!!
