My two main issues and the reasons for the ratings: first: the car was listed for sale on the website, carfax, etc, that’s how I found it as helpful. The car had not been serviced, looked at, or cleaned. Had to do a lot to make that happen and I was incredibly interested in buying the car. They got that taken care of, new tires, oil change, etc. took over a day to do. My second reason was how pushy they were with getting me to sign something saying I’m buying it now even though the car had not been serviced or looked at. Not signing anything until the car was taken care of, which it ended up being and I did end up purchasing the car. More
