The attendees are extremely friendly and respectful. I have been to almost all the service centers in the greater New York area. That includes Silver Star, MB of BK, MB of Rockville, Helms Bros, MB of M I have been to almost all the service centers in the greater New York area. That includes Silver Star, MB of BK, MB of Rockville, Helms Bros, MB of Manhattan. None of them have come close to this service center. Especially because of Vivian Keshtgar. She is the crown jewel of that location. If you need someone who actually cares about your needs she is the one. Very determined to find the problem and solution. She has a lot of experience and I got really lucky to have the opportunity to coordinate all my repairs through her. I live in Brooklyn and drive all the way to Massapequa to take my car to her and her team. She should be a manager not the position she’s currently in now. They have great availability and are able to get to your car sooner than other service centers. Thank you for everything Vivian. More

went for service after i hit a pothole and got a flat tire. Thankfully i purchased the wheel and tire package. In the 18 years we have had our Sprinter camper van, we have never had better service than at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. From the woman who scheduled the service on the phone, to the fellow who greeted u have never had better service than at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa. From the woman who scheduled the service on the phone, to the fellow who greeted us at the garage, to the consultant who did the repair order, we have never experienced such courtesy and efficiency. Clearly, the staff enjoys what they do, and it shows! We live in Manhattan, but from now on we will be getting the van serviced and repaired by the exceptional people at MBM. More
