It put car sales people and dealerships back on the map for me so to speak. I can't speak highly enough of Jay Mattox. He is truly one of the nicest guys/car salesmen I have ever met. He did not pressure me in even the slightest way. He was honest, kind and funny......down to earth. Most importantly I felt he tried to get the best deal for me. After coming to Pointe I did go to three other dealerships, and came back to Pointe because of Jay. His responses were quick through email and was available every time I called. He even styled late and didn't make me feel like he needed to rush out. I purchased a GMC Terrian and it is a great quality vechicle. Tom, who did the paperwork was also kind, and answered all my questions honestly. I felt like it was a relaxed "family type" atmosphere. Because of this experience I will encourage others to go to Pointe and become a returning coustomer myself! More
