After having very unpleasant experiences with two other Honda dealers, I had very a pleasant experience with both parties that I initially chatted with on your website on 6/27. They passed my request to Jim Helmig who promptly called me. I informed him of my interest in the CRV LX and he promptly responded via email with a very fair itemized price quote and a photo of the car. He agreed to hold the car until today 6/28. When I informed him that I was waiting for a transfer into my checking account he assured me that the dealership would hold the check until Monday if necessary. I later requested the VIN number for my insurance and then exchanged a few phone calls and emails with Jim later that evening regarding additional questions and clarifications. He promptly responded via email and phone. Jim’s prompt, friendly, and transparent actions enabled me to quickly feel confident in coming to Piazza Springfield which is nearly an hour from my home. Jim was gracious and friendly when I met him and promptly showed me the vehicle, accompanied me on a test drive and explained the many car functions. I am pleased with the car as it handled the highways on my lengthy drive home very well. I will be happy to return to Piazza Springfield for future maintenance and inspections. While waiting at different times when Jim stepped away, 3 of your other employees quickly approached me to ensure that I was being helped. Chelsey was very pleasant and prompt with the financial process all making me feel welcome and comfortable at your dealership. Being greeted by sales manager Jay Mazzola was also pleasant and appreciated. Thanks to all but especially to Jim! More

Jim is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He listened patiently, got all of our questions answered, worked with our schedule for pick up (outside of the norm) and made our buying exp patient.
