He was very accommodating and pressure free when we met Him, answered my questions and concerns honestly, and gave me and my wife time to make a decision. Picking up the vehicle was hassle free, Jay took the time to show me all of the features and answered my questions, and he even had someone take care of some rim and hood scratches that I originally brought to his attention. Jay is a no pressure salesman. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the different types of jeeps and that helped me make my decision. I also want to give a shout out to Bob the credit guy. I went to the dealership on a Sunday, knowing that there was a Cinnabar Ford Escape on their lot. I went back on Monday, and didn’t see it. So the first person that came to me, asked what he could help with was a Cinnabar Ford Escape on their lot. I went back on Monday, and didn’t see it. So the first person that came to me, asked what he could help with, and took me over to the sales people. I then met Jay, and asked where “my” car was. Needless to say I was very disappointed when I was told they had just traded it off to another dealership that morning. I sat down with Jay and told him my story. He said no worries and started looking for another one for me. Tuesday morning he had sent an email stating he had good news and that the Cinnabar Escape was on its way back to Miller Ford. We reconnected and took care of what was needed. I drove off the lot Thursday at 6pm in MY 2023 CINNABAR FORD ESCAPE. Jay way beyond helpful and very kind. I had previously dealt with two other Ford dealerships and do not receive the assistance that I did with Jay Passey at Miller Ford. Thank you so much Jay for all your help! More
