My wife and live in Franklin, but enjoy weekend drives down to Burlington. We pass Miller Motors frequently but never stopped before this past weekend. As we were passing by, two new Broncos caught our down to Burlington. We pass Miller Motors frequently but never stopped before this past weekend. As we were passing by, two new Broncos caught our attention, so we stopped. We were immediately greeted by Jay Passey. Jay was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. As it turned out, neither of the two vehicles that caught our attention had the features we were seeking. But, after listening to us, Jay directed us to another vehicle on the lot that ticked all the boxes. Jay invited us for a test drive and we immediately found interest in the vehicle. However, we were not specifically in the market to purchase a vehicle that day and also needed to go home and grab the vehicle we planned on trading in. There was NO pressure from Jay! He was as accommodating as could be, provided us all the information we needed, gave us his contact information, and told us to contact him at our convenience. Well, we did so, that very night! We were able to provide information to Jay via email and phone, so that when we had our appointment a few days later, everything was ready to go! We cannot provide enough positive comments about Jay Passey. He was so enjoyable to work with we did not want to consider another dealership. Mind you, we DID do some internet shopping to check the prices against other dealerships. What we found was Miller Motors was extremely competitive with dealerships all over the Milwaukee area. But it truly was Jay, and how he treated us, that made us want to return. When we did return, everything was ready for us. They took our trade in for inspection and a test drive and gave us a great offer. We then met with Brandon Cooper, the Business Manager. Brandon also was great! Very enjoyable to work with, very informative, and did not try to up-sell us on anything. Once done with the paperwork, we returned to Jay who gave us a overview of the Bronco and showed us how to use key features. We are exceptionally happy with our purchase! We feel very fortunate to have dropped in on Miller Motors and exceptionally fortunate to work with Jay. Love this dealership and love this salesperson! This was truly a great experience. We will return the next time we are in the market and we will recommend to all our friends! More

The minute that we walked into the office we were we were taken to see the cars that were on the lot. I came down to two or three cars that we liked. we drove 2 and decided, and the one we wanted.
