I had the pleasure of purchasing my new vehicle with Miller Motors and felt compelled to leave a review. Recently, I had decided I wanted a used Jeep Wrangler, and I wasn’t going to settle for just a Miller Motors and felt compelled to leave a review. Recently, I had decided I wanted a used Jeep Wrangler, and I wasn’t going to settle for just anything. So, I searched numerous sites and took my time to find my perfect Jeep. Finally, I found the exact one I wanted, but it was located 400 miles away in Wisconsin. Regardless, I emailed Miller Motors and was immediately contacted by Jay P. All my requests, such as additional photos and questions were promptly handled. I truly appreciated how forthcoming and honest Jay was with the information since I couldn’t see the vehicle in person. I decided to move forward with the purchase, and let me tell you; of all the cars I’ve bought over the years, this has been the most straightforward and simplistic process I’ve ever encountered. The price was great and they even came down a bit to better meet my budget in a show of good faith- which was highly appreciated. Additionally, I decided to drive the Jeep home, which they accommodated by picking me up from the airport and filling my gas tank before the trip. Jay was so wonderful to work with and even called the next day to verify I made it home safely. Unfortunately, many dealerships can put a bad taste in your mouth, but Miller Motors blew my expectations out of the water. This dealership is extremely transparent and easy to work with! More

Visited Miller Motors because of past positive experiences (both Sales and Service) with them. We went in to explore options to sell outright or trade our current vehicle. George Penzel, Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining our options in either case. Once we had made our decision, we asked to see a new 2024 Expedition Limited on the lot and Jay Passey, Salesman, helped us check out, test drive, and review features of the vehicle. Jay was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to cover all the features of the specific vehicle, answering any and all questions. Once we made the decision to purchase, we worked with Jay to finalize purchase price and complete the purchase application and worked with Bob Heiser (in Finance) to complete the financing paperwork. As we had not originally planned to purchase on Day One, we arranged to bring in our trade, additional down payment, and pick up the vehicle in two days time. Jay committed to our appointment to deliver our new vehicle and we completed the deal and took deliver as scheduled. Once again, Jay was extremely helpful in reviewing all of the vehicles features, helped us pre-load our phones, and patiently answered a few additional questions we had. New Vehicle Manger, Travis Harder was also helpful in ensuring we were completely satisfied with our purchase. All in all, it was a great experience. We absolutely intend to continue our relationship with Miller Motors and their great staff. One more nice touch: Chris Miller, the owner of the dealership also took the time to say hello and chat for a few minutes. More
