Very friendly without being pushy. Very informative and patient with explaining the different features on the vehicle. I went to multiple dealerships and Hormis is the only salesman to do a follow up call patient with explaining the different features on the vehicle. I went to multiple dealerships and Hormis is the only salesman to do a follow up call with me to see how I liked the car. As a female customer sometimes male salesmen can be condescending or dismissive of you. But not here at Suburu. It was an all around great experience. More

(I blame Berman Subaru in Chicago) So I walked into AutoBarn of Countryside with more nerves than OJ had just before the jury delivered their verdict. All was gone when I left with keys to a brand new car in my hand! Jay was incredibly knowledgeable about Subaru, down to knowing whether the driver seat had a pocket in back or not! I was really impressed with how non-aggressive and patient he was from beginning to end! Mike in financing had a great personality, offered great advice, and spoke highly about this location, its owners, and all his coworkers! It was a breathe of fresh air, that’s for sure.
