Jashandeep gave us a tour of the showroom questioning and giving the positive points on the SUV's we were interested in. We were looking toward another Outback. We ended up with Forester which felt like it h giving the positive points on the SUV's we were interested in. We were looking toward another Outback. We ended up with Forester which felt like it had more room inside. Jay encourage us to jump back and forth between the Outback and Forester with the touch and feel test. The service center was able to install trailer hitch while we were there waiting. We were walked through the paper work and taken over to accounting. Part of my price rating (ok) reflects the last minute surprise of the added extended service contract, confusion on the final price and the push for a loan. The shop wanted to charge us for the trailer hitch and installation that we assumed was part of the final price. We came in to see the new cars and not planning to buy that day but things worked out different. More
