I went on True Car to poke around/ what I could get and settled on a Crosstrek. 3 Subaru dealerships popped up with options and started to email me. I had planned out my route between all three when "The Autobarn" called me to see about a test drive. Since they were the first to call me, they were first one on the visit list. Because of the customer service of Jay (Jashandeep Singh), I didn't bother with the other two dealerships. He showed me what I wanted in regards to my list and even a few more. As a result, I love my 2018 Crosstrek. More

First Time at Subaru and First Purchase I thought the salesperson, Singh was very nice and helpful. The one thing I didn't like was the man that did the bill trying to add an additional $ I thought the salesperson, Singh was very nice and helpful. The one thing I didn't like was the man that did the bill trying to add an additional $500.00 to the cost of the car for SWAT. I don't even know what this is and was charged this additional money. I also was not given a break down of cost until I asked for it. The billing person took this cost off, and said he told me about this additional charge, however he never did. This was the negative. I hope this does not happen to people on a regular basis. This is wrong. I am already spending over $30,000 for a vehicle and expect everyone to be honest. T hank you, Laura Hosteny More
