Happy Customer The last thing I expected to do was buy a new car this year, actually for a few years, since I had bought my Sportage from Halleen almost 2 years ag The last thing I expected to do was buy a new car this year, actually for a few years, since I had bought my Sportage from Halleen almost 2 years ago, but I left yesterday in my new, 2019 Forte. Halleen had a VIP upgrade going on and asked if I’d want to come see what they could do. I actually thought it was a waste of time for myself and my salesman Brad, but one never knows. Brad asked me what options I wanted in my new car that I didn’t have in my trade in. I was going to go into another Sportage, but since we have one already in the family, I decided to go back to a car, and since I had a 2010 Forte at one time, I went back to that. Brad made sure he found the one we wanted and answered all questions we had. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, making our car purchase that much easier Thanks again to Brad and the folks at Halleen!! More

Great customer service and helped me with my loan I had an outstanding loan on the car I was driving and the car was in poor shape.
