While waiting for the Sorento to be completed we decided to check out the Soul just to see what it was like. Taking the soul and the forte for a ride and liking the soul better we decided to take one step further, then another and before we knew it we were driving home with a new car and what I feel a great deal. The entire process was fairly quick and easy, Jay our sales person was attentive and explained the process well. I would recommend Halleen KIA for your next vehicle purchase. More

New car buyer Met with Jay to buy a new Kia Sorento. He showed me a paper with a car that he could get delivered within the week, which I signed. I gave $1,000 down Met with Jay to buy a new Kia Sorento. He showed me a paper with a car that he could get delivered within the week, which I signed. I gave $1,000 down and then a blank check from my lender for the rest of the $50,000. Several weeks went by and he called saying someone else got the car. He didn't apologize for not doing his job and just said he'd try to get one on the next shipment. After two more weeks, I called him and he said he still didn't get it and then tried to blame me since I took my $1,000 back after three weeks of not getting my car (even though he still had my check from the lender for $50,000). Very untrustworthy seller. I asked him to transfer me to the owner. I left a message and never got a phone call back. Would never recommend them based on that sales guy. Not sure why the owner never returned my call - still waiting... I never post reviews, but this was extremely frustrating. More

Well Worth The one hour drive. I came to Halleen Kia in North Olmsted from Akron to look at a particular Kia Sorento EX they had in stock in the color i was looking for. I got a much better deal on a lease than I could have from a local dealer on basically the same vehicle. Jay Vicario was excellent to deal with. The whole process could not have been any easier. My daughter has purchased two Kia's from Halleen in the past and has always been treated very good. I would highly recommend Halleen Kia to anyone in North East Ohio looking for a new Kia, It will be worth the drive to N. Olmsted. More
