My sales consultant, Jay Vicario, made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my entire experience and found me the car I wanted even though it wasn't on the lot when I walked in. Not only is he friendly and informed, he listens and doesn't push. I didn't feel like I was wheeling and dealing with him; I felt like he was providing a personal and fair service to me. I would send any of my friends to him in an instant. Halleen Kia also beat an online offer we found at another dealership before coming in. I absolutely loved Brad! Everyone at the dealership was very helpful from the representitive that I had contacted from the website to the financing guy. My saleman Jay Vicario couldn't have been more helpful. He listend to what I wanted and needed and to the payments I needed to stay around. From the time I walked in the door at 4:00pm one day and was at the dealership for just an hour to the next day when everything from the paperwork and financing was complete when I was able to return at 4:00pm they had me back on the road in about an hour. I really apprciated them not taking to much of my time like some dealership who leave you there sitting for hours to get there act together. I couldn't have asked for a more smoother transaction. I really felt like they were looking out for my best interest. More
