I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership, and I’m already dealing with serious electrical issues, with no real support from their team after the sale. Mike was friendly when I signed the paperwork, but now that I need help, he’s rude, dismissive, and talks to me like I’m the problem. When I asked him to stop cutting me off during a phone call, he literally said, "Okay, talk! TALK!" as if he had a reason to be frustrated, when I’ve just been patiently waiting weeks for a follow up. To make things worse, the Jeep dealership closer to me discovered that Norco never disabled an aftermarket alarm system before giving me the keys something that should’ve been handled at delivery. Because of that, I’m now being told I have to pay out of pocket for the issue. When I asked Mike for help, he blamed the other dealership and told me to “Google the service number and call them.”When I asked if he can do me the favor of texting me the number, and he was like "Just look it up" No accountability. No solution. Just attitude. If you’re looking for a dealership that supports you after the sale, this isn’t it. More

I bought a brand new plug in hybrid vehicle. I’ve yet to receive the charger. The employees were responsive and helpful during the purchase. However, since then it’s been hard for me to get a de I’ve yet to receive the charger. The employees were responsive and helpful during the purchase. However, since then it’s been hard for me to get a definitive answer as to when I will be getting the charger which will enable me to drive my vehicle. I only purchased it for its plug in feature. My text messages, calls, and emails have gone unanswered. No one seems interested in giving me what I’m purchased since I’ve already signed on the dotted line. I wish I could return the vehicle and purchase it from a different dealership. More
