Missing second key, would not include cost of new fob in price. Not good business. $300 on a $30,000 car not too much to ask for. Poor customer consideration. Had issues with another purchase made here 18 months ago. Had to get ugly about the situation before they would step up and take ownership of their responsibilities. Not the same customer appreciation since they changed hands. More
