Ian Martin was my sales advisor and was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I knew all about the process. Ian took his time explaining all of the software and mechanical features with ease and was able to answer all my questions. All the staff were amazing. I am happy I chose BMW of West Chester as my new dealership. More
