Well this is a good review and I want to provide every detail possible to proved that Lundgren Honda is that good! I came to Lundgren Honda looking for a new 2019 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback in a specific color. Before I came to Lundgren Honda, I went to several other dealerships. These dealerships couldn't compete with the competitive prices and excellent customer service (Mainly talking about Jayson of course!) that Lundgren offers. Other then competitive, they are extremely honest and just want to ensure your car buying experiencing is a good one. Out of all dealerships these guys weren't trying to pull silly sales gimmicks that would make your car buying experience uncomfortable. Aside from an extremely inviting dealership that Lungren offers, I have to talk about the sales representative that took care of me, Jayson Navarro. As i mention previously I went to several dealerships before I actually decided to purchase a car from Lundgren. Ironically I visited first just to take a look at all the Civics they had on the lot. The first person to greet me was of course Jayson. He gave me an extremely warm welcome and said I was free to look around the lot. I didn't feel obligated to immediately sit down and get a deal going as some other dealerships will do. He gave me his business card and didn't try to push a deal i wasn't comfortable with. A few days later I came back and he recognized me immediately as I walked into the building. As I was walking to his desk his ask me if i wanted a cup of coffee or beverage of my choosing for free! Completely unaware of how big the Lundgren Honda Facility was, he gave me a very brief tour of the place. I didn't necessary ask to look around but he anyways, so its the thought that counts! When I came to Lundgren Honda, I knew exactly what I wanted when i stepped in. I told Jayson exactly what i wanted, a new 2019 Honda Civic Sport Hatchback in a Polished Metal colorway. Before we started talking and negotiating about prices, he immediately said "Give me one second, Im gonna pull up a Civic Sport Hatchback for you to test drive." I personally didn't think a test drive was necessary but i appreciated the initiative that Jayson had. As I came back from the test drive we started the car buying process, When you walk into any dealership, be prepare to negotiate when you decide to buy a car. With Jayson he was extremely honest with all the numbers that were put up. Not once did i feel like Jayson was hiding something from me or that he was trying to pull some sales tactic like most dealerships normally would. He was very patient and explained everything I needed to know about purchasing the car. However we did come to a situation where they had the car but not in the exact color i wanted. Jayson got up and immediately called around to ensure I got the color I wanted. Long story short, he gave me a great deal with the color I wanted! The entire process was as smooth as possible, stress free car buying experience. Me and Jayson secure the deal on a Sunday, and he would update me whenever it came to the car. Any new information regarding the car, paperwork, insurance or registration he would let me know over the phone and kept me updated throughout the week. When the time came for me to finally pick up my brand new Honda Civic Sport Hatch, he spend another hour of his time to fully walked me through all of the cars features and even helped me set up my phone to the car. Overall Jayson Navarro is amazing sales representative who only cares about helping you find the exact car you want in the most pleasant and comfortable experience possible. He is very knowledgeable whenever you throw a question his way. There wasn't any question he couldn't answer with the utmost confidence. Every time I walked into Honda he is always there to make me feel welcomed whenever i visit. Basically Jayson is an amazing sales representative, he will answer all of your questions and listen to all your concerns. Aside from Jayson Lundgren Honda was a very welcoming dealership who actually cares for their customers instead of just trying to sell you a car, Its more then just car buying when it comes to Lundgren. Four hour drive to this Dealership was worth the savings Lundgren gets the five stars for doing every single thing they said they would ! Since I live over fours hours away I had to do everything over the internet to negotiate a deal. I found Matthew Barth to be honest, sincere, and a man of integrity. This man is worth his weight in gold! He always calls back and follows through with everything he promises. He even remembered things he said to me on the phone that I had forgot when we met and talked in person. He actually honored some things I forgot during the negotiation process. He did everything anyone could ask to calm my skepticism since this deal on a new SUV seemed to good to be true. I drove down there 4 hours to complete the paperwork and I was blown away at how smooth the transaction went. Jayson Navarro was instrumental in pulling this deal together and keeping in contact with me also. He paired my phone to the vehicle and answered the many many question I had. I ordered Honda accessories with Seth Wonkka in the service department after completing the sale. I did this so I could except delivery with them already installed. The next day Seth called and said they were on the vehicle! Incredible! This was just hours later. Then, finally as promised, three days later, my vehicle was delivered to me fours hours away so I didn't have to make a second trip down there to get it. They even filled it with gas when they delivered it! Do not hesitate to do business with Lundgren of Auburn. Five stars for price - integrity - communication - follow through. This dealership is one of the best I have ever dealt with! More

Do NOT finance your car here! We went in to buy a $12,900 car. We had $8000 cash. We also had a 2016 Toyota Highlander with 32,000 miles on it .. go ahead look those up and see wha We went in to buy a $12,900 car. We had $8000 cash. We also had a 2016 Toyota Highlander with 32,000 miles on it .. go ahead look those up and see what they sell for. Starting at $29,000. The first indication something was wrong was when they came and told me they appraised my car at $22,000. Well below Kelly Blue Book... almost $10,000 below what I could turn it in for. I knew they thought I didn’t know about equity on lease terms - so I said , take the car off the table I will turn it back in to the dealer and get my check. They ran the numbers. Granted my credit score is 580. But I am employed and make pretty good money. With a large down payment - I thought this would make sense ... they came back with a 60 month finance terms at $380. I almost choked. That would have been charging me over 50% interest ... I’ve bought cars with worse credit with less down and owing more money - and paid less. When I told them I would pay $2500 on credit card along with the $8,000 cash down- the best offer they came back with was $180 for 35 months. For financing $1000. I would have paid in total $6,300 for owing $1,000. These people are crooks. Do NOT go there. They should get raided. I have a feeling they have been doing seriously illegal stuff. More

After test driving three vehicles, we found the perfect one for us. The entire process was easy and stress free, thanks to Jayson and David, in finance.
