This is a large volume dealer with a significant complement of sales people, so I was expecting to basically be treated as a number. Jayson was a very pleasant surprise! Very friendly, sincere and knowledgeable. Since this was to be my 10th Honda, I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want to waste a lot of time being "sold". Jayson sensed this and smoothly and quickly took me through the purchase process. I looked at the car I wanted on Saturday and was driving it away on Tuesday. I don't enjoy buying cars but Jayson made this very easy and pleasant. He is definitely a strong asset to Lundgren Honda! Thank you! More

If you're a patient individual then their slight disorganization won't affect you, but if you're in a rush to get a new car and don't care too much about the details or exactly what you'll be paying until after you sign, this is the place to go. The individuals employees (Jayson and David) were very kind and to the point, unfortunately it was the rest of the staff that threw everything off and caused so many delays. Again, great people, decent service, just don't expect perfection and details if you're not willing to wait a week or two. More
